Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Information

A Message from the Supervisor of Elections

Our physical office reopened to the public on Monday, May 18, with social distancing and other safety procedures in place. The use of masks or face coverings is strongly encouraged.

Though our physical office will be open, I still encourage candidates, voters and other members of the public to receive services remotely — through our website, email and phone — when possible.

All of the functions of our office — including registering to vote, updating registration information or signing up for vote-by-mail ballots — can be performed online at, by email at, or by phone at 352-374-5252. Public records requests can be made to Alexis White at

Candidates or prospective candidates can contact Tim Williams at or 352-374-5257.

As we continue to adjust to the new normal and all that comes with it, I hope you remain safe and well.
