Vote by Mail: To have a Vote by Mail Ballot mailed to you, please call our office at 352-374-5252 no later than 5pm on March 13th, the sixth day prior to the election. All ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Election Office no later than 7pm on March 19th, Election Day. Your ballot may not count if your signature does not match the signature on your voter record. You may update your signature at any time by submitting a completed voter registration form to our office. These forms are available on our website, or at many locations in the county including our office. Please mark the box for record update, and remember, all signature updates must be received by our office by the beginning of canvassing to be used for this election. Early Voting: The City has designated five Early Voting sites for this election; The Supervisor of Elections office in The Josiah T. Walls Building at 515 N Main Street, Gainesville, the Millhopper Library at 3145 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, the Martin Luther King Multipurpose Center at 1028 NE 14th Street, Gainesville, the Senior Recreation Center at 5701 NW 34th Blvd, Gainesville, and the J. Wayne Reitz Union at 655 Reitz Union Drive, Gainesville. Early Voting will begin on Saturday March 9th and end on Saturday, March 16th. Early Voting will be open from 9am-5pm except for Tuesday and Thursday, when it will be open from 10am-6pm. Election Day: Voting at the Polls. On Tuesday, March 19th, the polls will be open from 7am-7pm.
